United States & Canada

Goal: 60,000 students · 1,200 teachers

  • District partnerships for Title I schools
  • After-school ensembles in community centers
  • Jazz and contemporary pathways with local artists

South & Central America and the Caribbean

Goal: 75,000 students · 1,500 teachers

  • Ministry of education and municipal partnerships
  • Regional repertoire: salsa, bossa nova, tango, cumbia
  • Local repair and service hubs to keep instruments playing

Africa

Goal: 100,000 students · 2,000 teachers

  • Sponsored JMI Access programs with NGOs and foundations
