J. Magloire Institute of Music & Leadership is a global youth music-education, leadership and instrument company for learners ages 3 through 20.
The problem is not talent. It is access.
Millions of young people never hold a playable instrument or work with a trained teacher. Where programs do exist, they often rely on instruments that break, curricula that ignore local culture, and funding that disappears.
JMI connects five layers into one system: our own instruments, a music academy, a leadership academy, digital learning, and a global network of industry opportunity.
We work with schools, governments, foundations and families across the United States and North America, South and Central America, Africa, and Eastern and Western Europe.
